About The Musician's Photographer

David James, ‘The Musician’s Photographer’ specializes in Musician's Portfolios, creating Fine Art Prints of the Performer with their instrument. David's work is known internationally and he has received the 'Best Image in Competition' & 'Judges Choice' Awards for music themed and fine art prints.

David has spent years in the Classical and Jazz world, working closely with musicians in the production of audio CD recordings captured on location with his other company, Symphonics Location Recording. This intimate knowledge of music ‘behind the scenes’ has resulted in the development of many lasting friendships, and a high level of trust and credibility with performers.

David is a member of The Professional Photographers Association of British Columbia and The Professional Photographers of Canada Nationally Accredited. He is the Official Photographer of both the Langley Canada Day Celebrations and The Downtown Langley Merchants Association.
